Specialized role supporting the implementation of talent programs and processes that drive the organization's people strategy. This role contributes to talent initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and data integrity. By collaborating with internal teams, it enhances the employee experience and supports continuous improvement in HR processes.

 

Main activities:

  • Performance Management - Support the end-to-end cycle of Performance Appraisals and introduce continuous improvement, support the production of reporting and operational dashboards for the cycle, contribute to talent initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and data integrity, collaborating with internal teams
  • Career Management & Job Architecture - Contribute to the development of Job Architecture and Career Pathways, supporting the mapping and maintenance of profiles, job families and career ladders, support the transition to a skills-based approach, collaborating on the mapping of skills to jobs and on calibration with stakeholders
  • Succession & Talent Reviews - Support succession planning and talent review exercises, including preparing materials, consolidating inputs and ensuring data quality, update succession maps and talent lists, ensuring traceability and integrity of information
  • Development and engagement programs - Contribute to the design and delivery of development programs, support the continuous improvement of ongoing programs by analyzing feedback and effectiveness indicators
  • Young Talent (Trainee Program e Summer Internships) - Help manage the young talent programs, specifically Trainees and Summer internship programs, support related recruitment and employer branding initiatives (e.g. job fairs)

 

Profile:

  • Degree in Management or Human Resources
  • Professional experience in Consultancy is valued
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS 365
  • Initiative, Proactivity and Autonomy
