We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Developer specialized in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing experiments using Adobe Target, developing clean and efficient frontend code, and making technical adjustments for accurate tracking implementations using Javascript and Tag Management tools.

Front-end Developer (React)

Local: Porto Salvo / TagusPark

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate experiments in Adobe Target.
• Write and optimize frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Web Analytics, Product) to define and execute conversion-focused initiatives.
• Set up and implement tracking solutions using JavaScript and Tag Management Systems.
• Continuously maintain and improve code performance and the technical quality of implemented experiments.
• Clearly document experiments and implementations to facilitate analysis and internal learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Frontend Developer in React technology.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience working with Adobe Target or similar platforms (Optimizely, VWO…).
• Skilled in implementing and configuring tags using Google Tag Manager.
• Results-oriented with an analytical and creative approach to optimization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, adaptable to dynamic environments.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge or interest in UX/UI.
• Familiarity with digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Previous experience in CRO or Growth projects.
