About the role
We are expanding our Culture & Change Center of Expertise and looking for a Culture Lead to drive the execution and activation of the bank’s culture agenda.You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating cultural priorities into concrete initiatives that shape behaviors across the organization.

What you will do?
- Support the design and execution of the bank’s culture agenda
- Translate strategic priorities into practical initiatives, programs and interventions
- Work with leaders and teams to embed culture into day-to-day practices
- Use data and insights (eNPS, surveys, feedback) to inform and refine actions
- Drive initiatives that reinforce behaviors, ways of working and engagement
- Collaborate across HR, Internal Communication and transformation teams
- Contribute to change initiatives with a strong behavioral and cultural lens
What we are looking for?
- Experience in consulting, transformation or organizational development
- Strong execution mindset with structured problem-solving
- Ability to bridge strategy and delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsInterest in behavior, culture and organizational effectiveness
